General Conditions of Sale
- Definition and object of the contract
1.1 This contract (hereinafter, "Contract") is governed by art. 50 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code"). The object of this contractual obligation is the sale of movable goods between the Company Agolab srl, Via Michelangelo 17, 59013 Montemurlo (PO), VAT number 06976300480 ("Cecchi & Cecchi") and the consumer (the "Customer"). The Contract is deemed to be concluded with the acceptance by Agolab srl of the purchase order issued by the Customer from the internet page www.cecchiececchi.it ("Site"), on the basis of the methods described in the following art. 3.
1.2 These general conditions of sale ("General Conditions") and, in particular, the information referred to in art. 59 of the Consumer Code, as provided by Agolab srl during the sale and reported on the Site, will remain in force until they are modified and/or integrated by Agolab srl. Any modifications and/or additions to the General Conditions will be effective from the date on which they are communicated to the public and will apply to sales made from that date. The latest updated version of these General Conditions is the one available on the Site.
- Prices
The prices of all products are inclusive of VAT and/or any other possible tax. In addition to the price of the product at the end of the purchase process, the possible cost of shipping based on the Customer's address must be considered.
- Purchase and payment methods
3.1 The Contract is concluded at the time of payment, by sending the order confirmation to the Customer.
3.2 The Customer has 24 hours to withdraw from the contract and obtain a full refund, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
3.3 The Customer may choose one of the following payment methods: credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery. No commission will be applied to the Customer for the chosen payment method.
- Product delivery - complaints
4.1 Agolab srl delivers the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 7-10 days from the conclusion of the Contract*. During the creation of the item, the Customer can be constantly informed about the status of the order by accessing the personal page on the Site (Account – Orders).
* The expected shipping date varies depending on the payment method and shipping address. Any changes in delivery times will be communicated to the Customer via email.
4.2 Upon shipment of the goods, the Customer will receive an email to the address indicated at the time of the order containing the tracking number with which to monitor the progress of the delivery.
4.3 If the Customer does not receive the item(s) purchased or the shipment is subject to unexpected and uncommunicated delays, we invite him/her to contact us at info@cecchicecchi.com.
4.4 Agolab srl garments are handcrafted. Therefore, a 3% variation tolerance of the measurements is expected and permitted.
4.5 Agolab srl constantly invests to offer a photographic representation of its products that is as realistic as possible. Despite this, due to the digital rendering of images on the web, the various light settings of the screens or other external conditions, it is still possible that the representation of the products online is not completely in line with reality. By proceeding with the purchase, the Customer accepts that there may be small discrepancies in this regard.

- Customer Obligations
5.1 The Customer declares and guarantees: (i) to be a consumer as per art. 3 of the Consumer Code; (ii) to be of age; (iii) that the data provided by the Customer for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.
- Right of withdrawal
6.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract stipulated, without any penalty and without the obligation to specify the reason, within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, within the aforementioned term, by expressing by telephone or by e-mail the will to withdraw from the contract.
To ensure a high level of service, Agolab srl provides for the refund of the amount spent upon return of the purchased products within 14 days of shipment of the goods, if the packaged item presents: structural imperfections, problems with fit or impossibility of modifications. 6.3 Any product sent without following the procedure set out on the Returns and Refunds page will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, without any refund being issued.
6.4 The item must be returned intact (unused and in the original packaging) together with the approved Return Form.
6.5 Once the above conditions are met, the buyer is entitled to a refund of the entire amount excluding shipping costs. Coupons or Discount Vouchers used to purchase the item will be replaced with new Coupons or Discount Vouchers to be used for other purchases.
- Competent court
7.1 The Contract is governed by Italian law.
7.2 Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the Contract will be under the jurisdiction of the Court of Prato.
