General Conditions of Sale
1. Definition and object of the contract
1.1 This contract (hereinafter, "Contract") is governed by art. 50 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 ("Consumer Code"). This contractual obligation has as its object the sale of goods between the Company Agolab s.r.l., Via Michelangelo 17, 59013 Montemurlo (PO), VAT 06976300480 ("Cecchi & Cecchi") and the consumer (the "Customer"). The Contract is concluded with the acceptance by Agolab s.r.l. of the purchase order issued by the Customer from the internet page www.cecchiececchi.it ("Site"), on the basis of the modalities described in the following art. 3.
1.2 The present general conditions of sale ("General Conditions") and, in particular, the information referred to in art. 59 of the Consumer Code, as provided by Agolab s.r.l. during the sale and shown on the Site, will remain in force until they are modified and/or integrated by Agolab s.r.l. Eventual modifications and/or integrations to the General Conditions will be effective from the date in which they are communicated to the public and will be applied to sales made from that date. The latest updated version of these General Conditions is the one available on the Site.
2. Prices
The prices of all products are inclusive of VAT and/or any other taxes. In addition to the price of the product at the end of the purchase process, the possible cost of shipping according to the address of the customer must be considered.
3. Mode of purchase and payment
3.1 The Contract is concluded at the moment of payment, by sending the order confirmation to the Customer.
3.2 The Customer has 24 hours to withdraw from the contract obtaining a full refund, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
3.3 The Customer can choose one of the following payment methods: credit card, prepaid, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery. No commission will be applied to the Customer for the chosen payment method.
4. Delivery of products - complaints
4.1 Agolab s.r.l. delivers the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 7-10 days from the conclusion of the Contract*. During the realization of the item the Customer can be constantly informed about the status of the order by accessing the personal page on the Site (Account - Orders).
* The expected date of shipment varies depending on the method of payment and shipping address. Any change in delivery times will be communicated to the customer via e-mail.
4.2 At the time of shipment of goods, the customer will receive an e-mail address provided at the time of the order containing the tracking number with which to monitor the progress of delivery.
4.3 If the customer does not receive the item(s) purchased or the shipment is subject to unforeseen delays and not communicated, please contact us at info@cecchicecchi.it.
4.4 Agolab s.r.l. garments are handmade. Therefore, it is expected and allowed a tolerance of variation of 3% of the measures.
4.5 Agolab s.r.l. constantly invests to offer a photographic representation of its products as realistic as possible. However, due to the digital rendering of images on the web, the various light settings of the screens or other external conditions, it is still possible that the representation of the products online does not fully comply with reality. By proceeding with the purchase, the Customer accepts that there may be minor discrepancies in this respect.

5. Obligations of the Customer
5.1 The Customer declares and guarantees: (i) to be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of art. 3 of the Consumer Code; (ii) to be of age; (iii) that the data provided by him for the execution of the Contract are correct and true.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated Contract, without any penalty and without the obligation to specify the reason, within 24 hours from the receipt of the order confirmation. The Customer will be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, within the aforesaid term, manifesting by telephone or by e-mail the will to withdraw from the contract.
In order to ensure a high service, Agolab s.r.l. provides for the return of the amount spent after returning the purchased products within 14 days of shipment of goods, if the garment has: structural imperfections, fit problems or can not be modified. 6.3 Any product sent without following the procedure outlined in the Returns and Refunds page will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, without issuing any refund.
6.4 The item must be returned undamaged (unused and in its original packaging) together with the approved Return Form.
6.5 Once the above conditions have been met, the buyer is entitled to a refund of the full amount excluding shipping costs. Coupons or Discount Coupons used to purchase the item will be replaced with new Coupons or Discount Coupons to be used for other purchases.
- Competent Forum
7.1 The Contract is governed by Italian law.
7.2 Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and breach of the Contract will be under the jurisdiction of the Court of Prato.
