From the day of delivery of the order, the user has 14 days to request the return, whatever the reason.
Before sending back the goods, the Customer must request the Return Authorization by e-mail at email@example.com. At the end of the Return Request procedure will be assigned a number that will identify the customer's return in the following steps.
Conditions for making the return
For the return to be accepted, it is necessary that the items meet the following conditions:
- Be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition;
- Be returned with all original tags still attached and intact;
- Be returned with the original packaging;
- Be returned from the same country where the order was delivered.
1. Return for refund
If the product purchased does not satisfy the customer, the customer may request a return for refund. Please note, however, that the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear/undergarments/bathing attire/masks for hygienic reasons
- Personalized items
You will need to request a return authorization no later than 14 days after purchase.
2. Return for exchange
At the moment we are not able to offer an exchange service. You may return items from your original order for a refund and place a new order. The original order will be refunded once received; you may reorder at any time.
Ways to return merchandise
All Intra-Cee orders are eligible for free returns. To make the return:
- Write to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org follow the instructions. Specify the item(s) to be returned and the reason for return. Then choose the option "Return by courier".
- Prepare the package with the products and paste the prepaid return label you found inside your order.
Book the passage of the express courier:
- online on the UPS website
- by phone
Within 7-10 days from the acceptance of the return, the Customer will receive the refund..
For all Extra-Cee orders the goods can be sent back at the Customer's expense and through the preferred type.
- Write to the e-mail address email@example.com and specify the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return.
- The Customer must return the goods within 14 days from the date he/she requested the Return Authorization.
- Prepare the package with the products and send it by the preferred method.
- For international returns, we ask you to indicate the contents as 'Return' declaring the value of 1 EUR to make customs checks easier. All shipping costs and any customs controls will be borne by the customer.
- Within 7-10 days of acceptance of the return, the customer will receive a refund.

Refund procedure and timing
Defective garments, fit problems and impossibility of modifications
In order to ensure a high service, Agolab s.r.l. provides for the withdrawal of the contract, if the garment has structural imperfections, fit problems or impossible to change.
If the items are defective, proceed as follows to obtain a full refund.
- To request a refund, write to firstname.lastname@example.org attaching 3 photos of the garment worn (front, back, side) so that the defect is visible or the reason why you are asking for the return of the garment.
- The claim will be viewed internally by our stylists who will communicate any approval.
- The item to be returned must be boxed in its original packaging and sent at your own expense, along with the return approval form, by traceable shipping method.
Include the order receipt or confirmation email inside the package.
- Apply the pre-printed label to the outside of the package and contact the courier to arrange the pick-up. You must return the merchandise within 14 days of the date you requested the Return Authorization.
Once the goods are returned to the warehouse, their condition will be checked and, subsequently, a refund will be processed. Goods returned in a condition unsuitable for return cannot be refunded.

Once the goods are returned to stock, the condition will be checked and then, within approximately 14 days, a refund will be processed. Goods that are returned in a condition not suitable for return will not be refunded.
All refunds will be made with the method of payment originally used. Purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the card used to make the purchase (Credit Card on website, PayPal). Payments made by cash on delivery will be refunded by bank transfer. Coupons or Discount Coupons used to purchase the item will be refunded with new Coupons or Discount Coupons to be used for further purchases.
Normally it takes 7-10 working days from the acceptance of the return to process the refund and credit it. The timing depends on the customer's bank or credit institution: in some cases it may take more days.
The costs incurred for cash on delivery payment will never be refunded.
It will not be possible to refund any order if the return instructions are not followed correctly and/or the items are intact and in original condition.
