We want to make your holiday shopping experience even more special! For all purchases made from November 20th, 2024, we’ve extended the return period to ensure complete peace of mind. You can return your products until January 8th, so you can give or receive the perfect gifts without any worries.
Return procedure
Before sending back the goods, the Customer must request the Return Authorization by email to info@cecchicecchi.com
Conditions for making a return
For the return to be accepted, the items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition;
- Be returned with all original labels still attached and intact;
- Be returned with the original packaging;
- Be returned from the same country where the order was delivered.
Return Policy
1. Return for refund
If the purchased product does not satisfy the Customer, the Customer can request a return for a refund. Please note, however, that the following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized items
You will need to request a return authorization no later than 14 days after delivery.
2. Return for exchange
We are currently unable to offer an exchange service. You may return the items from your original order for a refund and place a new order. Your original order will be refunded once received; you may reorder at any time.
How to return goods
Europe
Free returns are available for all Intra-CEE orders. To return:
- Write to the email address info@cecchi cecchi.com and follow the instructions indicated. Specify the item(s) to return and the reason for the return.
- Please wait for our instructions
- Within 7-10 days of accepting the return, the Customer will receive the refund.
International
For all Extra-EEC orders the goods can be returned at the end customer's expense and using the preferred method.
- Write to the email address info@cecchicecchi. com and specify the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return.
- The Customer must return the goods within 14 days from the date on which he requested the Return Authorization.
- Prepare the package with the products and ship it according to your preferred method.
- For international returns, we ask you to indicate the contents as 'Return' declaring the value of 1 EUR to make customs checks easier. All shipping costs and any customs checks will be borne by the Customer.
- Within 7-10 days of accepting the return, the Customer will receive the refund.

Refund procedure and timing
Defective garments, fit problems and impossibility of alterations
To ensure a high level of service, Agolab srl provides for the withdrawal of the contract, if the packaged item presents structural imperfections, problems of fit or impossibility of modifications.
If the items are defective, please follow the steps below to obtain a full refund.
- To request a refund, write to info@cecchicecchi.com attaching 3 photos of the item being worn (front, back, side) so that the defect or the reason for which you are requesting the return of the item is visible.
- The complaint will be reviewed internally by our stylists who will communicate any approval.
- The item to be returned must be boxed in the original packaging and sent at your own expense, with a traceable shipping method.
Please include your order receipt or confirmation email inside your package. - Apply the pre-printed label to the outside of the package and contact the courier to arrange collection. The Customer must return the goods within 14 days from the date on which he requested the Return Authorization.
Once the goods are returned to the warehouse, their conditions will be checked and, subsequently, the refund will be processed. Goods returned in conditions not suitable for return cannot be refunded.

Once the goods are returned to the warehouse, their conditions will be checked and subsequently, within approximately 14 days, the refund will be processed. Goods that are returned in conditions not suitable for return will not be refunded.
All refunds will be made using the original payment method. Purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the card used to make the purchase (Website Credit Card, PayPal). Payments made by cash on delivery will be refunded via bank transfer. Coupons or Discount Vouchers used to purchase the item will be refunded with new Coupons or Discount Vouchers to be used for further purchases.
Normally it takes 7-10 working days from the acceptance of the return to process the refund and credit it. The timing depends on the bank or credit institution of the Customer: in some cases it may take more days.
The costs incurred for payment on delivery will never be refunded.
No refund will be possible for any order if the return instructions are not followed correctly and/or the items are intact and in their original condition.
