Welcome! Agolab srl pays the utmost attention to the confidentiality, protection and security of the personal data of the people with whom it comes into contact. The User of this site is therefore invited to preliminarily consult all the sections of this information, which indicates the methods of management of the Site in reference to the processing of personal data of visitors.
In compliance with articles 13 (for data collected from the interested party) and 14 (for data not collected from the interested party) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the information below is provided to the Users of this Site.
This Site and the services offered are reserved for individuals who have reached the age of eighteen. The Data Controller does not process personal data relating to individuals under the age of 18. Upon request of such Users, the Data Controller will promptly delete all personal data inadvertently collected.

1. The Data Controller
The Data Controller is the company Agolab srl, Via Michelangelo 17, - 59013 - Montemurlo (PO), VAT number 06976300480, which determines the purposes and means of the processing. The Data Controller reserves the right to appoint a web agency as the Data Processor for the personal data processed for purposes of technical assistance and management, maintenance and similar of this Site, whose contact details may be communicated upon request. The Data Controller and the Data Processor process the Users' data also thanks to their own duly authorized internal Representatives.
2. Nature of the data processed
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could allow Users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of devices used by Users who connect to the Site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the User's IT environment. 3. Purpose of the Processing and legal basis
Personal data are collected and processed by Agolab srl for purposes strictly connected to the use of the Website, its services (including marketing activities) and the purchase of products. In particular, they may be processed for the following purposes:- to prevent or detect any fraudulent activity or abuse that is harmful to the Site;
- to allow Agolab srl to exercise its rights (right of defense in court, for example);
- to trace any problems with navigation, browser compatibility and viewing or loading of the Site's web pages;
- to provide registration services and access to reserved areas or specific services;
- to provide information and assistance regarding the purchase of products on the Site;
- to perfect the product purchasing processes on the Site;
- where expressly requested, for sending the newsletter via email;
- subject to express and specific consent, for marketing, analysis and profiling activities such as
- information and/or commercial promotion;
- market research and surveys on service quality and customer satisfaction;
- profiling aimed at analyzing needs, tastes, choices and consumer habits;

3. Optional nature of data provision
The provision of personal data to Agolab srl (personal data, e-mail and postal address and telephone number) is necessary for the conclusion of the contract for the purchase of products on the Site.
Any refusal to indicate the data necessary for these purposes could prevent the purchase of products on the Site and other available associated services such as customer support.
The communication to the Owner of further data, other than those of mandatory provision, for the purposes of fulfilling its legal or contractual obligations or for the provision of certain services upon request is, however, optional and does not entail any consequences for the use of the Website and its services or for the purchase of products.
4. Communication and transfer of data outside the EU
The data provided will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties under any circumstances, except for those subjects whose right to access the data is recognized by provisions of law or by orders of the authorities, as well as subjects, including external and/or foreign, that Agolab srl uses to carry out activities that are instrumental and/or ancillary to the services offered and the benefits connected to them, including suppliers of software solutions, web applications and storage services also provided through cloud computing systems. Personal data will not be transferred abroad to countries outside the EU that do not ensure adequate levels of protection of individuals. If this is necessary to provide the requested services or to conclude a contract for the purchase of products, we ensure that the transfer of personal data to such countries is performed only after the conclusion, between Agolab srl and said subjects, of specific contracts containing safeguard clauses and appropriate guarantees for the protection of personal data in compliance with applicable Italian and European legislation.
5. Rights of interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights recognized to them towards the Data Controller pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation and the applicable national legislation on the processing of personal data and obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them and their communication in an intelligible form.
In particular, they have the right to be informed:
- of the content and origin of the personal data;
- of the purposes and methods of processing;
- of the logic applied to the processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- of the identifying details of the Owner and the Managers;
- of the duration of storage in relation to the specific categories of data processed;
- of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them, in their capacity as managers or persons in charge.
And to ask:
- updating, rectification and integration of data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or limitation of the data processed, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- the portability of data to another owner;
- opposition to processing (e.g. for sending advertising or direct marketing material or for carrying out market research or commercial communications);
- opposition to any automated decision-making process;
- the revocation of any consent given, where applicable (it should be noted that the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation);

6. Communication of personal data
For exclusively organizational and functional needs and for purposes strictly connected and related to the provision of our services, personal data may be made available to third-party companies, contractually connected to the Data Controller, which perform specific services, as Data Processors (for example, shippers or companies that perform activities or provide marketing services). These parties will process the data provided exclusively on behalf of Agolab srl and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy and in compliance with the limits of the law.
Personal data will not be communicated, sold or transferred to third parties for purposes not permitted by law or without express consent. In addition to companies that act as data controllers, personal data are also made available to third parties who process the data independently only to execute the purchase contract for products on the Site and for purposes ancillary and related to the provision of services requested by the user, for example, for transactions relating to purchases, the credit institution for the execution of remote electronic payment services, by credit/debit card.
The data will not be disclosed. In any case, the communication or disclosure of data requested, in accordance with the law, by police forces, judicial authorities, information and security bodies or other public entities for purposes of defense or security of the State or prevention, detection or repression of crimes is reserved.
7. Data retention period
Personal data are processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes and objectives listed above.
The criteria used to determine the retention period are established by:
- specific provisions of law, which regulate the activity of Agolab srl;
- from the period of subscription to promotional newsletters, in the absence of voluntary unsubscription;
- by tax legislation with regard to the processing of administrative and accounting data (10 years); in particular, for financial data (e.g. payments, refunds, etc.) the retention period required by applicable tax and accounting laws applies.
With reference to data collected for commercial purposes, however, the details of purchases relating to identifiable users are retained for 12 months (from the date of acquisition of such information) for the purposes of sending targeted commercial communications (profiling) and for 24 months for the purposes of carrying out direct marketing activities.
The data subject to profiling, therefore, may be stored for this purpose only for a period not exceeding twelve months from their registration, except for the actual transformation into anonymous form that does not allow, even indirectly or by connecting other databases, to identify the interested parties (the profiling activity will be carried out using data strictly necessary for the pursuit of the declared purposes).
Finally, the customer's personal data may also be stored for the time permitted by Italian law to protect the legitimate interests of the Data Controller company (art. 2947, co. 1 and 3 cc).
11. Applicable law and contacts
This Privacy Policy is governed by European law and Italian law (Personal Data Protection Code, Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196 and subsequent amendments) which govern the processing of personal data of users of this Site.
